Sithen took off with my notebook today and wrote a large amount of teenage angst-poetry regarding the troubles in his life (being underage for drinking, not being allowed to engage in the traditional elven past time of frolicking, that sort of thing). When I got it back, it had an odd sketch in it, where as far as I could work out a soft bunny toy was hanging from Calair's spear.

Woke up to sound of v.exciting explosion, which greatly aided in recalling why should not leave experiment in alchemy sitting in cauldron on flames. Tested result with safety equipment - is not ready yet, as has not yet melted through mithril-mesh gloves. Also, needs more blades to be decent soup.
