Red or Black?

Our stay in Delros these past few weeks was pleasant, but in the end, it comes time to move on. Tales of our daring exploits in such places as Nepla and Botho had made their way to Delros, and the townsfolk had somehow formed the impression that we are accompanied by chaos and destruction wherever we go. (I call this effect 'Neil', but it comes to much the same thing.)

Also, my parents have become increasingly clucky, and no sooner had their house been repaired than they started talking about redecorating. This whole 'baby' thing is v. intimidating - not sure I am at all ready for a sibling - and I have decided it might be best to stay away until absolutely needed, so I was rather glad when Lerko came to us with a business proposition.
